You can simply write a comment and then goto select profile. Choose the one that says name/URL. Just write your name in and that's all you need to do. Just goto your face book profile and copy the link that is in the address bar. Then place that in the section that says URL. Get It Together Friday!

OK People you Already KNOW what day it is so I am going to keep it short! Plus I had a Really long night out at the club last night with my friends Joceylne, Pam, Shakeem, Justin, Justin, Bobby, Stan, Heather and Kirby! Thanks for coming out everyone! Oh what a night and Oh what a bikini contest!!!! So of course I am TIRED AS HELL!!! I think I may want to try for the first time one of those 5 Hour Energy Drinks! OK so today is that day that we have been waiting for! Last week Talk to Me Thursday was wild and off the hook! Also it cleared 255 comments which is amazing!!! So thank you to all who joined in on the wild fun and let's set out to have another day of craziness but fun! So I have the HTC EVO and it is a really good phone but if you don't know what you are looking for and where to find it, you may have some trouble spying on me by looking through my phone. So today is another Wednesday where I set out to save the world one problem at a time! So for starters here is something that can Help anyone who is looking to lose a little weight around their stomach area. So far out of all the stomach machines that I have purchase off of TV the Ab Circle Pro has been the best! But its not a over night magic trick, you have to use it often however it is easy to use.

My Special Review for today is the Xso7X. It is a work out tool that is extremely effective for leaning up and building strength! I only use it a few times during the day while I'm at at work and it is a BIG help at keeping me looking good while I am slacking and not hitting the gym. It is probably the most simply of all the work out tools I have ever purchase but one of the most effective! If you are looking for something to work out with but it not being too difficult then this is your thing!



OK and now I must mention Rain X! If any of you have had to pull over due to the rain being to strong where you couldn't see or even if your wind shield wipers are old and they no longer do the job, well if you have, then Raine X is the thing for you! I swear by this product!!! It is definitely one of the best products of my time! I can drive in the rain without even turning my wipers on and the rain just rolls right off of my window. It is truly Amazing!

I Appreciate You Monday

So today is another Monday and today is the day where I would like to give thanks to the people or things that I appreciate along the way to this very day, I Appreciate You Monday.

And today my special Appreciation is for the Perfect Pushups! They have been one of the stepping stones to me keeping this body of mine in shape, they are easy to use and cost effective! If you work out or are thinking of working out You Should Own the Perfect Pushups!!!

I would also like to give thanks to my PS3! I don't think I could live with out it! And being that it's only 300 bucks and there is a special to get one with 160 gigs, how can you not own it!!! You can play video games/DVD's/Blu Rays and you can go online as if it was a computer! This is why I Appreciate my PS3!!!

Just Another Sunday!

So today is another Sunday. We are you plans? I just I'm just going to sit back and do nothing but chill and play video games with the kids as my wife goes to church. Then ill hit the movies later to see the new Resident Evil after I drop the kids off at 6. So those are my Sunday plans, what are yours?
