  4. I think it is! Sometimes i don't even answer my phone, but i also get the people who thijnk my texts are bitchy, or rude, not meant that way, so maybe that is my mistake!!

  5. I actually text more than I talk on the phone. I believe it to be a superior way to conversate now a days. At least to the people who like to text and talk.

  7. @kerr tex conversations suck you can tex to get a point acrossed but thats it people hold so much back when texing becuse they are insecure without seeing or hearing the other persons response.
especially if you just meeting someone of the opposite sex and your trying to get to no them.

  8. I have been on dates before from being a teenager to even an adult. I actually never really dated or even went out with many girls from the club. I was actually against it but go figure I met my wife at Katmandu!

  9. See regarding the text I actually disagree with you on that one J. I feel like you have more deeper and meaningful conversations through text. Like my wife and I say a lot of loving things through text as we are both at work.Like we will be talking about how we miss each other and then when we get home some where the love died! But throuhg text you can really go on and on to get you point across and not be interrupted.

  10. Also another example I have is pretty deep. Just last Sunday my eleven year old daughter had a attitude about something and I ask her what was wrong. She wouldn't talk to me. I told her if you don't speak no one will know how to help you and she started crying. So she would not say a word no matter how many questions I asked her. So I thought OK I just bought her a cell phone for her birthday. So I told her that some times it is easier to write someone than speaking. I told her I will text her and she can just text me back. So it worked. And her issue was actually about how she feel she is doing in school. The crazy thing is without text I don't think she was every planning on talking to me about it.

  11. @Justin, i think it is easier to get all my feelings out on a text, instead of talking!

  12. @ant thats your wife and you guys know each other inside and out so texing may work but short term friends and new relationships i think should try to stay away from it intel you have some experiences with that person

  13. Most of my communications are done through text. I actually am not a huge fan of talking on the phone and outside of talking to Clamont on the phone daily and my mom...that's it.

Despite that I don't necessarily believe that text conversations are better than talking in person or even talking on the phone. It's harder for people to tell someone something face to face vs over a screen.

  14. @kerr have you ever put your self out there on a text and not feel insecure waiting for that person to tex back or have you ever starting writing a text and deleted it before you sent it becuse you were not sure how that person would take it.

  15. I agree with you Justin. New relationships should definitely be growing over either face to face or over the phone. Hearing someone's reaction to a joke or a story helps you get to know the person.

Emotions expressed via words on a screen take less effort than emotions expressed face to face or even over the phone. It's easy to lie to someone over text message vs in person too. "Oh yeah baby...that lasagna last night was good" is so much easier saying over text message vs looking at your spouse knowing that mess tasted like hot doodoo....lol

  18. I have no desire to see the Facebook movie.

    ReplyDelete
  19. I want to see it. It looks like it has a good story full of twist and turns.

    ReplyDelete
  20. But Devil was pretty good if anyone was thinking of seeing it.

  21. I want to see all of the horror movies coming out from here to next year. It's been way too long since they have any to come out.

    ReplyDelete
  22. @#Ant...lots have come out, but they SUCK!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  23. Well so far The Last Exorcism and Devil were the only two that were out. Did you see either? And Case 39 and Let me in comes out this Friday. And Resident Evil doesn't count as one.

  24. @All, i feel for the family of the son who jumped off the bridge, cause his roomate taped him having sex secretly! I hope they get punished!

    ReplyDelete
  25. Ok Kerrie so how can you say the movies suck? LOL And honestly you can really only blame the kid that jumped off the bridge. People pull pranks everyday no matter how minor or sever they are but that is no reason to kill your self!

    ReplyDelete
  26. I can still feel for his family!!!! I do not consider them horror movies!!!! I want to be scared, the last good horror was SAW!

    ReplyDelete
  27. Those kids need to be put in jail and I hope that family sues them. Who that dude was sleeping with was his personal business and not for everyone's entertainment.

  28. I bet if Paris Hilton would of killed her self when her sex tape was release no one would of gave a Fuck or if anyone of the stars that be came famous because of a leaked sex tape.

  29. I can't say that I would cry if a cokehead airhead talentless tramp who likes to drop the n-word kills herself...yes you're correct. I don't identify with her. I can identify with this college student.

    ??

  30. True so how you know this kid wasn't a cokehead? I mean who the hell kills their self just because they were caught having sex? I mean come on, I didn't kill myself when my friend Matt mom caught me and some chick in his room ass naked! And she flipped out! But I am here still standing.

  31. Some people are weaker than others, some people are affected by some things more than others. It doesn't mean they don't deserve sympathy or empathy. This guy's sexual encounter with another man was posted online...that's a little different than someone's mom catching you naked.
