  1. Today's question is number 34 as requested by my friend Joceylne. So here it is:

How Long do you think you could tolerate spending virtually every minute of every day with your partner? Assume you would work together, eat together, play together, and sleep together. Which one of you needs more time apart?

  2. Been there, done that when he was diagnosed last year. We went from him being on the road 90% of the month down to 24/7. This was for 10 months ... lol. We did ok did our own space thing within the house. I think it probably was harder on him then on me, because I am used to being home with someone always around. He on the other hand went from being alone in an 18 wheeler with just a dog to living full time with 5 females in the house. We obviously survived the year ... lol

  3. Well the thing with me is I am a peoples person. So I LOVE to be around people and socialize all day. The thing with my wife is she is the opposite. She loves to be by her self and doesn't really speak that much. So I think we maybe be able to last a good while together but then it might drive me crazy that she never has anything to say it is might drive her crazy that I talk too much! So I would say that we could be able to last maybe two weeks together everyday hour on hour. And I think the person that needs more time apart between my self and my wife would actually be her. She is a loner at heart. It's her thing to come home from work and just go into the bed room or living room by her self and be alone. And those are my answers And Now Your Momma Knows!

  4. Hey Linda good morning! But the question is saying hypothetically if you had to be around that person every minute of the day without your own space in the house. But your answer would probably still be the same right?

  5. Yep .. our house is not that big, so there is never total seclusion from the other. It can be straining at times. However, when you posed your question you did not specify that it may be confined to one room where a bathroom may be the only escape .. lol

To address your comment, every relationship should have differences between the two people. The differences is what balances the relationship rather then have one side of the scales completely dominant. It's ying/yang thing :)

  6. I would have to agree with you regarding your last section of your comment But I do not totally agree. I believe the ying and yang thing is like the saying opposites attract. But how long is my question? I think it it more about chemistry than anything no matter what two people are together. You can probably have a saint and a mask murder together as long as their chemistry is perfect together.

  7. Keep in mind that chemistry brought you together, the rest that the relationship brings has to be worked on. From communication, sex, etc... complete opposites have a lesser probability of sustaining the relationship, however, a balance of differences is healthy. There is always an alphas in the relationship, 2 alphas would not work at all with the constant struggle/resistance in most things.

Have to head out for a few hours .. catch you later.

  11. Oh that's cool but you can't say that you have no life. The biggest thing in your life a few weeks back was counting up to Tina coming and now she is here you can say it so easily that you have no life? What's up with that?

  14. Well, Will and I have been together for a while!!! :) We were friends, than we worked together, and now we live together. So I guess I could go for quite some time!! Now granted we don't spend EVERY second together at this point, but we worked and lived together for almost a year and it wasn't a problem for us! But Ant...I'm great so why wouldn't he want to spend EVERY second with me!!! hahaha

OK that is true but how long could you last hip to hip? And which one of you needs more time apart?

  26. For me I nerver had that problem always enough never too much Your partner should be your best friend someone that you have alot in common with so that you want to spend alot of time with that person
for me clingy is when the other person ...trys to stop you from what you want to do to spend time with them.

That is the perfect set of words to describe it Justin. Once a woman gets to that point it is a bit too much for me. I guess my wife is the exact opposite. She would let me get out and do what I want almost every day because she loves her space so much.
